Eden Prison - Terms of Service

Welcome to the Eden Prison donation webstore! By making a purchase or donation through our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing any transaction.

1. General

By using our donation store, you agree that you are at least 13 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to make a purchase. All donations and purchases are voluntary contributions that go toward the development and maintenance of the Eden Prison Minecraft server.

You understand that all items, ranks, or perks purchased are virtual goods and have no real-world value. These items are for entertainment purposes only and exist solely within the Eden Prison server.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchase made more than 7 days ago.
Refund requests within 7 days may be considered only in rare, exceptional cases and at the sole discretion of the Eden Prison administration.

Refunds will not be granted for any of the following reasons:

  • Abuse or exploitation of in-game features

  • Server bans, suspensions, or penalties

  • Player inactivity or loss of interest

  • Technical issues beyond our control

If you believe you have a valid issue, please open a support ticket in our official Discord server and a staff member will assist you.

Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in a permanent ban from the server and all related services.

3. Purchases & Delivery

All digital goods are delivered automatically or manually in-game upon confirmation of payment. If your purchase has not been delivered within 1 hour, please contact us via a Discord support ticket.

Ensure you are logged in with the correct Minecraft username during checkout. We are not responsible for purchases made under incorrect usernames.

4. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, remove, or adjust any ranks, perks, or in-game items at any time without prior notice. These changes are made to preserve game balance and integrity.

We also reserve the right to deny service or access to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to breaches of these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Eden Prison and its team are not liable for any damages, losses, or disruptions caused by using our services or store. You acknowledge that you use our services at your own risk.

6. Agreement

By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.
